The Sexy Lifestyle - Swinging, Mindfulness, & Sexual Desire

These folks are fun! Carol and David are lifestyle folks, which means they are together as a couple while also active as swingers. However, they don't just pursue their own connection and pleasure, but also want to help other people overcome shame and stigma around sexuality and sexual expression.

They interviewed me for their Sexy Lifestyle show on Voice America and we laughed a lot! (David asked what my Vulva puppet, named Mulva, would like to say to others about pleasing her!) But we also had some more serious conversations about what mindfulness is, how it's so important in healthy relationships, and ways to sexually connect more deeply with one's partner.
