For the summer of 2021, I launched an anonymous "Sex & Vulnerability" survey with 9 open-ended questions, to read in people's own words what is most vulnerable and real for them around sexual and emotional intimacy!

It takes between 5 and 20 minutes, and since I'm not collecting ANY contact info, it's totally anonymous.

The survey is intended for folks 18 years of age and older and who reside in the U.S.
