Thank you!

I just wanted to give my sincere praise on Den Session #74 on Reclaiming Female Sexuality. It really articulated my thoughts on "medicalizing female sexuality." For the longest time I bought into the idea of "sexual dysfunction," because I lived my sexuality "by the book," and not by my heart. My sexuality was defined by society's terms- not my own and I had no connection between my concept of sex, my concept of self, and my partner. What I found to be true is that sexuality isn't merely medical. I met the man I'm with, and learned that sex is very emotional and spiritual- and it's better that way!

Thanks Dr. Jenn for that podcast- it was awesome! I can't wait to hear about that awesome retreat- I know it will benefit women!

Arrrgggg - female sexual dysfunction!

Thanks Ruby22!
I appreciate your praise and feedback on how that session reflected your own journey to knowing and embracing your sexuality. I think you do a great job of bringing to light the fact that a holistic understanding and validation of female sexuality goes a long way in allowing women variation in their sexuality and dispelling the myths around female sexual dysfunction!
Thanks for contributing to the discussion!
